Job Description

• 2-3 years of experience in web design / development, with specific expertise with web-based applications.
• Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, JSP, XAML, ASP.NET, Adobe Photoshop, JavaScript, CSS, Front-page.
• Knowledge of usability and coding practices for accessibility.
• Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter.
• Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate will be responsible for developing UI for Web/ windows Applications for the company using web 2.0 standards.
• Knowledge of Table less/ fluid designs will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.net, Microsoft front page 2003 and dreamweaver is must.
• Communication need to be Good
• Key skills: ASP.NET, ADO.NET, HTML 4.0, XHTML & web 2.0 Adobe Photoshop, JavaScript, CSS, Front-page, Dreamweaver and Coral draw
