Project Coordinator/ Admin

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Job Description

  • Interacting with clients on live projects
  • Coordinating with clients and our implementers on projects.
  • Audit of projects.
  • Scheduling for the projects.
  • Payment follows ups.
  • Ensuring successful closure of projects with the organization goals in view.
  • Database updating.
  • Managing the project implementation team, handling client relationships.
  • Attends Customer queries regarding Bills & Payments.
  • Negotiate rates with Distributors and vendors.
  • Generates PO's and maintains records.
  • Prioritizes and executes urgent request for service in a timely manner.
  • Researches and recommends cost effective measures.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Ability to work on the computer, word, excel, internet, mail writing.
  • Will be required to learn and understand software implementation and the project implementation process.
  • Candidates with 1 + yrs of exp in project coordination preferably in a software product/services company
